Self-adhesive Waterproof Membrane For Waterproof Swimming Pool Floor

Procedure:

1.The base layer must be strong, smooth, dry, no dirt and no greasiness. If containing too many water, the base layer must be according to wet surface coating bottom.
2. Coating treatment agent of base layer: Reference quantity: 0.2kg/m2, sufficiently stir and brush evenly via roller brush.

The base muse be clean. If there is dirt on coated base after drying, it should be coated again to guarantee the quality of

bonding.
3. The treatment of small part: The additional layer needs to be done at root of pipe, water gap and yin & yang corners.

The size should meet the criterion of design.
4. Spreading & posting of material: If the drainage is required, the datum line must be drawn at low section. Unfold the

sheet material along with the datum line from low section to high section and uncover the release paper.The width of lap

joint is 60-80mm between two pieces sheet material. After finishing posting material, the sheet material and lap joint are

compacted.
5. The treatment of end: The flat surface, vertical face and groove are sealed by sealant. The vertical face need to be fixed

by press bar then sealed with sealant.
6. The protect of finished product: The finished product should be protected immediately or do next step. If there is bubble or damaged part. That must be repaired in time. The damaged part need to be repaired by unwounded 150mm sheet

material then compacted and sealed by sealant.
7. The construction temperature is above 15℃. The low temperature product can be used in winter. The protection layer is

setup as far as possible. The sheet material with plastic film and sand surface can’t be shined directly.
